Pickup

The Figl can be picked up from 9:00 AM at any time and must be returned no later than 4:00 PM .

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, a processing fee of € 5.00 per reservation (not per pair of Figl) will be retained.
Cancellations are possible until no later than 10:00 PM on the day before the reservation by email to info@skischule-innsbruck.com possible.
No refunds are possible for cancellations made after this deadline.

Free cancellation

All our courses can be cancelled free of charge up to 24h before the start of the course. Contact us for this by phone to avoid miscommunication.

For proper functioning of the binding, ski boots with a sole length of at least 270 mm (approx. european shoe size 37, depending on the model) must be worn. Please note that ski touring boots are not always compatible with the Figl binding.
Ski boots can be rented on site at a special price of € 8.00.
The rules of conduct and general terms and conditions must be accepted on site by means of a signature.
